There she was - the sight of her caused him to smile a bit wider. Even with the stuff that had happened in the past, the person she was now was more important to him. And though the prospect of dating was still an unknown to him... so far it was as if they were just hanging out together, alone. It wasn't that much different from them just being friends. It wouldn't always be exactly like that, but it being this way for now kept him from fretting about messing it all up.
