It was silent in the hallways of the basement. It made things eerie and the feel of danger could be felt. It was usually filled with the sounds of pacing, claws scraping at the walls and door or a explosion. The fact that this past year had been quiet was a unsettling change.
Once she had been locked away in her room, All contact seemed to be taken from Flandre. At first she was fine with it but as time went by, happy to have a room to play in and not worry about others but....after a few hundred years, it took it's toll on her. For a week straight, Flandre screamed, cried and begged to be let out and see everyone. What she didn't know was there was only the maids there. Everyone had been out, trying to find a place to move to were they all could be safe. Once everyone returned, she was silent and bitter, refusing to make a sound. She didn't know, or seem to understand that it wasn't on purpose.
After about a year or so of silence, she ended up being a terror, acting like a wild animal instead of a vampire or a child, attacking those who got too close. It took entire teams to do anything with her or her room. It became too dangerous to even go near as after a while she started trying to escape. But by then, she just wanted to be free, She was caged and didn't like it. The most recent attempt they barely kept her near. The only way she had been brought back was because of the sun. The burns were horrible and they had to sedate her just to let her heal. They had gotten her agitated and even trying to treat them hurt so she would try to attack.
But now? She wasn't eating nor wouldn't come out of the far corner of her room. Sakuya was concerned because she could get in and out without even a glance in her direction from the younger sister. Before she would get a growl or at least a pair of red eyes watching her every move. For the past week she had not eaten nor moved from her spot. It was time for something to be done, especially after checking while time was stopped the girl's weight and things she could not spot from far away. Flandre was lighter then she should have and there were dark circles around her eyes. It was a heartbreaking sight and the ragged little vampire could not continue this way. She moved out of the room and straight to Remilia.
After a knock on the door leading into the sitting room with Remilia, Sakuya spoke, bowing her head momentarily. "Milady...If I may? Your sister...I'm concerned as she acting strangely."
