[ Sure, it's a little bit of a surprise, but Hibiki doesn't see the problem! In fact, when Medusa starts kissing back... that's just a signal for Hibiki to start kissing her even more passionately. Her tongue moves in further, forcefully taking control of the kiss and intending to explore every inch of Medusa's mouth, no matter what Medusa's tongue does in response.
Eventually, though, once Hibiki is certain that she's taken Medusa's breath away, she finally pulls back... a line of saliva briefly connecting them before Hibiki licks her lips, grinning down at Medusa. ]
