Test Drive Meme

Rules:
1. Post with your character. Label header with character name and canon/OC, and grade level or staff position.
2. AU them into the setting! They've always lived as a normal human, and are currently attending the high school. Or are just now attending.
3. Write a prompt for them with the AU so that others can tag you back.
4. Tag around to others, make new friends/tag with old ones, shenanigans, shipping, skipping classes, you name it! The only limitation is something not normal your imagination!
5. Have fun!

Keep in mind that:
- The principal is referred to as Principal Not-Appearing-In-This-School, because he's never around.
- This is a high school, not a college, so everyone's at school at the same time, there's usually 3-4 different lunch breaks depending on where you are in the school at lunch period.
- Threads in this test drive meme CAN be carried over as 'canon' to the musebox itself! So long as all parties involved are okay with this.
- Keep in mind the usual RP rules; IC /=/ OOC, no metagaming, no godmodding, be cool, treat your fellow players with respect.

Well, neither of us won the whole race, but I'm not about to let Ludwig be the ruler of space without even participating in the discussion a little, so... I don't know.

[ She leans back against the bed and munches on her Pocky. But there's a question rolling around her mind, and her heart's pounding a little bit because of it. ]

Hey... uh, when ya were talkin' abou' faces... ya meant Isabelle, righ'?

Guess so.

[She blinks. UH. Oh no she can feel her face going bright red oh no]

Yyyyyobviously! Yeah! Not that your face isn't... really nice too, but...

I plead the fifth.

Geez, I was jus' curious! [ Way to make it worse, Amy! Kyouko's cheeks go redder. ]

So wha' if my face is nice! Course it is! Yers is too! [ wHAT ARE THESE WORDS ]

I'm sorry I know you're probably not into- wait, what?

[She blinks, genuinely unsure how to respond. Her mind has just sort of gone to scrolling question marks at this point.]

Uh...

[ Shit. You know, maybe if they just stay frozen in the bedroom for the next several minutes, this will all turn out to be a dream.



Nope, that's not happening. ]

[Yeah! A dream! That's all this is! A really awkward dream! Probably about time to wake up now, right? Right?

... This isn't a dream.]

S-So, uh...

[kuukai]

[ Her face is still red. ] ... H-hey. S'no big deal. Righ'? Course we can praise each other's, uh... looks.

[amymethyst]

R-Right. Of course we can. Just like we can praise how good the other is at video games! Just, uh... just another awesome thing about us.

[kuukai]

Y-yeah.

[ She goes quiet, still looking at Amy's face - observing how nice it actually does look - almost without realizing she's doing it. ]

[amymethyst]

[And she's doing the same to Kyouko's, oops. This... could be really awkward for a long time if they just let it sit like this, huh?]

[kuukai]

[ She's very conscious of her breathing, and the quiet. And every detail of Amy's face, all the way down to her huge pink eyes.

Amy's a stranger. She's someone she only met recently. There's nothing logically that tells Kyouko she should trust this other girl.

She leans in a little. ]

[amymethyst]

[Amy's much the same. Even the ridiculous mario kart score seems drowned out by her heartbeat, and her breathing, and Kyouko's breathing, too.

She finds herself leaning in a little, too.]

[ Seeing the reciprocating gesture gives Kyouko a bit more daring and a bit more adrenaline --

Terrified of what will happen as a result, she completes the motion and allows their lips to touch. ]

[amymethyst]

["Are you only doing this because you don't want to lose your one friend?" A nagging voice asks in the back of her mind.

"I'm doing this because I want to. Whatever comes next."

Their lips touch, and Amy blasts that voice out of her mental airlock.]

[ It's a fairly chaste kiss, as far as kisses go. Kyouko doesn't even know how Amy will react. After a couple of seconds, she pulls back and frantically looks at Amy's face. Does she hate her? ]

[amymethyst]

[Amy pulls away, too, and after a second of contemplation, smiles softly.]

I think I like that response better.

[kuukai]

B-better'n wha'?

[ She's confused. And also, her face is flushed, but man if Amy liked that then she really wants to try it again. ]

[amymethyst]

Just talking about how pretty we each think the other's face is.

[She very cautiously leans forward again, slowly in case Kyouko says no. She is 110% down to try that again.]

[ Kyouko agrees - on both counts. She leans forward and meets Amy, their lips colliding. And this time, she's more daring -- the kiss is more passionate, built-up tension all releasing at once as Kyouko kisses Amy, relief washing over her that maybe she's found someone on the same wavelength as her. ]

[amymethyst]

[Amy returns that passion, a similar wave of relief hitting her that she actually... she actually finally found someone who not only likes her, but likes her as Amy - not as some voice on a youtube video. Likes her enough to... well, to do this.]

[ Kyouko reaches up and puts her arms around Amy, deepening the kiss as her tongue parts Amy's lips. She's a little ball of passion now -- though at about Amy's height, they're about equally matched, and Kyouko's fairly inexperienced anyways. ]

[amymethyst]

[Amy puts an arm around Kyouko's waist, since she's pretty sure that's the other place arms are supposed to go at times like this, and opens her mouth to push her tongue forward as well. If Kyouko's "fairly" inexperienced, Amy is "super" inexperienced, but she's played Bioware games before she sorta knows how this kissing thing goes down.]

[ Their tongues intertwine, and all sensation outside of Amy drops away. At least as long as Kyouko can hold her breath. She has to come up for air eventually, panting a little. ]

I, uh... migh' still talk abou' how ya look sometimes. 'f tha's okay.

[ They're still hugging, and Kyouko's really close to Amy, but she doesn't even mind. ]

[Amy's panting a little, too.]

Only if I can say the same stuff about you.

[Well, Amy's not moving.]
