PSL- Aqua and Cyd NSFW....?

After all the fan fair and thanks given all around- there was no place to rest and withdraw from the world then home. It wasn't a home the two Au Ra the two grew up with, but it was somewhere to stay. The calming sound of the ocean and the beach was a nice plus for the Mists and their small home by the shores. After everything that had happened..it was needed.

Aqua walked in and instead of going over to the couch with a book she puts her grimore and hat on the counter and stands there. She was still dirty from the many times she met the ground out cold when fighting the great wyrm and her Faerie has long since been dismissed. Normally there would be a moment of talking with the summon before doing so but today wasn't any normal day. The entire way back, she had been quiet and lost in thought..not uncommon but she wouldn't respond when spoken to..which was odd.

In her stance alone was just the amount of emotion she had been hiding this entire time. The fact that there was always the chance to lose someone for good. That was hitting the Xaela hard and she glanced over her shoulder to see if her boyfriend had followed her straight inside or had stayed outside to mess with the training dummy.

Hearing her words, he could not help but chuckle. "You don't need to worry about me, Aqua. I won't let them take me so long as I know you're around. You are what keeps me fighting on." He pauses, and his expression goes back to a neutral one.

"We didn't really entirely choose this path. But if we didn't fight, what would happen to our world? If we fall, or choose not to fight, we may fall simply because our world falls along with us. I don't want to lose you, either. Before I met you, I wasn't sure what I was fighting for, what I was training for. But I would not be the same today without you." He puts a finger to her chin, then moves up to wipe her tears. "I love you, too. And no matter what, I will always be by your side."

Relationships were a strange thing for Cyd - he'd never really given any thought to what love is, or if he could ever love another person. But Aqua had almost literally collided with him headfirst and caused him to rethink a lot of things about how he felt.

Leaning down to plant a small kiss on her lips, he smiles. "We should rest, for now. Get cleaned up after all of that. Perhaps we could watch the stars tomorrow night, or go on a stroll in Limsa. We've earned this rest, and we should take it. You can go ahead and get cleaned up first, if you'd like. I'll be shortly behind."

Aqua is silent the entire time, her shaking slowly going away as she listens to Cyd. If anything he gets a tiny smile out of her because everything he said was true and she was getting better at reading him through all of the time spent with him. Between fighting, with enemies and each other, living toghter and just being there.

"I know, and to a point it isn't fair that it was shoved onto us like this. But you are right, If we didn't fight...We'd have no right to even complain. Although I'm going to hold you to that promise."

She even lets out a little laugh as she leans her cheek into his hand for a moment.

"I think you would fit in well with the tribes of my home you know? Maybe they were wrong about their ideals. But that's more because they keep coming back."

There is a moment of hesitation before she tightens her grip more. A idea that had crossed her mind every so often comes up again and for once, she surrenders to it. Acting on it, Aqua leans back in to kiss him once more, a more emotional and slightly needy kiss but trying to get what she was about to say across. Her face is a bright red at this but Aqua's going to stick to this.

"...Okay but..I don't want to be alone right now. Come with me...?"

"Haha, you can definitely hold me to it." Because as long as she was there, he wasn't going to give up the fight and he wasn't going to leave her side, no matter what. This much he knew.

He nods at her next words, almost shocked at the next kiss, but her final words and that kiss made it quite obvious she really wanted him to come with her. How could he refuse? He took her hand gently, smiling.

"Of course I'll come with you. Let's go." And he leads the way to the shower. Once they get there, he closes them into the shower room, and rids himself of his own clothes. Unlike a lot of people, Cyd had no shame in undressing in front of others if he had to. It was something that his clan beat into them at a young age - no matter what, show no weakness. No matter how much or how little you are wearing, you always wear your fighting spirit and your pride... that's what they always said.

He turned on the water in the shower, and stepped inside himself, waiting for her to join him.

That smile gets a little bit bigger at the reassurance of that promise. Aqua kept up her side keeping a closer eye on him before anyone else, Lustrateing as soon as she could before moving on. But that was neither here nor there at the moment. Aqua follows along when lead, that smile and blush not fading.

Of course, Aqua is a bit more reserved about undressing in front of others. It was more the most vulnerable time for most and with other tribes targeting them a lot..She was more then nervous even though that nervousness was not even from that. A minor part of her thoughts took note of what needed to be repaired once they were not...occupied by other things. Her own armor is removed and put to the side, stalling for a moment to calm her nerves. She straightens and tucks a lock of hair behind her ear as nerves were steeled.

After taking a moment to get a good look at her boyfriend, Aqua slips into the shower, making sure to keep contact with Cyd as she does so. Snagging up the bar of soap on the side she holds it up.

"Want me to was your back and you get mine?"

Subtle way to keep contact and keeping things going if it still felt right.

"That works." Makes things easier, especially since it was hard to wash their own backs. After she gets herself and washes his back, he does the same, washing himself and getting her back. Even after they finished, he found himself hugging her from behind, a reassurance that he was still there and that things were okay.

Of course, he still had little idea of what she was really after, despite her being red-faced.

She would show him shortly but for a moment Aqua was going to relax, taking in the comfort and reassurance that was being offered. Her hands gently hugging his arms closer and a sigh of contentment escaping her. If only they could stay that way without all the chaos and worry that being Warriors of Light entailed..but even then something was still poking her.

Aqua moves, reaching up to pull Cyd in range to capture his lips once more. Trying to coax him in the right mental direction of which she was thinking for the moment. If she hand to make more obvious hints there would be. One hand trailing towards his butt and pulling him closer.

She would probably have to, unfortunately - given that Cyd doesn't think Aqua would go there and isn't quite as experienced in catching signs of something like that. But he still kisses her back, holding her close in an almost protective embrace, making it clear that he was trying to give her due reassurance.

If it were any other time, Aqua would have been too shy and reserved to be so forward and would back down at this point. But this was a different time and different state of mind although the overthinking of things was still 100% Aqua. It takes her a moment to think on what to do next to hint at where she was trying to take this. Even if she failed- There was an attempt?

Her hand moves once more, slipping in between them and after some hesitation, starts trailing her fingers against his member. Mostly trying to get a reaction or see if the hint was caught onto.
