The Harvest Moon Meme!

The Meme

You have somehow ended up with a farm. What now.

...

Okay, okay. Some more direction could be helpful. The RNG. Options which are, of course, optional:

1. You have been given an animal. Something possibly awkward like a cow, a yak, a dog, or a chicken. You may or may not know what to do with this animal. Giving it back doesn't seem to be working.

2. You know what's really hard? Farming. Doing the entire tilling crops thing, watering, sowing seeds, whatever. You're a...as an example, a warrior, sword in hand, shield in other hand, this isn't your thing. Some help would be nice.

3. You've spent your time seducing the people of the town and basically have everyone up to a red heart, which, for those of you who aren't familiar with the franchise, basically means that you're now in a harem anime. This obviously can't last forever, or...can it? (It will probably not.)

4. Okay, so you decided to resolve this issue by popping the question with a blue feather. Will they say yes?

5. You're going to participate in a festival, which is basically a big party. So yeah. Enjoy partying.

6. Forget partying, you're in some sort of competition that's going to be totally awesome and you're totally going to win it and not that other chump over there. If you need a more specific idea of a competition to compete in, default to fishing. (But it's just a suggestion. If you want a pie eating competition, go for the pie.)

7. You're abandoning your farm and living a life of adventure! Heck yeah!

Bojack has been to the hardware store several times. First he just came in for a shovel. Farming is easy, anyone can do it. You just dig a hole, throw the seed in, sprinkle it with water. He honestly was surprised it's an actual profession that people get paid to do, it's so mind numbingly simple.

An hour later he returned to the store and got in a loud argument with the shopkeep about what kind of hick loser town doesn't have a tractor store. Then he stormed off and drove three hours to the next city to buy a tractor and pay to have it rush delivered to his farm, whereupon he drunk drove the tractor into the river.

It's now the next morning and he's back in the hardware store, looking worse for wear and very hungover.

"You know what's easy? Fishing. People fish for fun. I don't know why I didn't think of it, either. I'm really a natural when it comes to the water, I own a yacht. It's never been in the water, but that's not really relevant."

(ooc: Why a dragon? Why not... Not really going for anything too serious with this, but feel free to toss other ideas at me if you'd like. <3)

Well, this sure wasn't what he was expecting when he agreed to do a favor for an old friend. Large claws were not meant to open seed packets, but then again, who really expected to see a massive, white and red dragon trying to till and plant a farm field? Skyfire huffed and managed to carefully open the bag, then chucked at the absurdity of it all.

It wasn't the first time he'd grown plants, but it was the first time he'd tried to do it in an actual farm. Not that he could fit in the house, barn or coop, but at least it was warming up outside... Granted he was hoping that the nearby residents wouldn't throw too much of a fit over him taking care of and restoring the farm for his friend... He was going to need more seeds and the like eventually after all.
